Shipping rates: Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
First-run items: If a product is listed as arriving soon, the expected ship window is shown on the product page. We ship as soon as stock arrives.
Lost or damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
